Shelton Stuart, Counsel

Shelton was born in Vancouver and decided to attend UBC’s Allard School of Law after graduating from Simon Fraser University with a Political Science degree in 2010. At UBC, he pursued a variety of course work in litigation, with a focus on Personal Injury and Employment Law. He also served as the Head of the Coquitlam Clinic of UBC’s Law Student’s Legal Advice Program, where he provided legal advice and appeared in court on behalf of clients who would not ordinarily be able to afford legal services.

After graduating in 2015, he articled in the litigation department of one of Vancouver’s top law firms, where he developed a reputation for high quality work, especially when working on complicated, detailed oriented files. After being called to the bar in 2017, Shelton pursued an opportunity to work on one of the largest commercial insurance litigation files in BC. He joined Armstrong Naish Trial Lawyers in 2019 to further pursue his interest in high level litigation work.

Outside of law, Shelton enjoys photography and reading about current events.
